  • Made-to-Order Pieces

    How does the ordering process work?
    Each Ivory Venus garment is made-to-order.
    You can place your order anytime, just like a regular purchase. However, all orders are collected at the beginning of each month.

    Why only at the beginning of the month?
    Since I produce each piece by hand and work independently, I follow a slower process to ensure quality. This also helps reduce fabric waste and keep the production more sustainable.

    How long will production take?
    Made-to-order pieces take 20–25 days (or less) before shipping. You’ll receive a tracking email once it’s on the way.

    Are these items returnable or exchangeable?
    Since every piece is created for you and no extra stock is made, all sales are final.

  • How are vintage pieces sold?
    Each vintage item is one-of-a-kind and available in a single size only.

    Will vintage items be restocked?
    No — once a piece is sold, it’s gone for good. New vintage drops are added regularly, depending on the season and availability.

    Can I return or exchange a vintage item?
    All vintage sales are final due to the uniqueness of each piece.

    How do I know if it will fit me?
    Every product page includes detailed measurements. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out before purchasing!

    Yes, we ship worldwide!
    - Domestic (U.S.): Shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Estimated delivery 3–5 business days after dispatch.

    - International: Shipped via USPS. Estimated delivery 10–14 business days; some packages may take up to 30 days.

    - Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any import fees or duties. Please check with your local customs office if delays occur.

    - Once Shipped: Ivory Venus is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We recommend tracking your order and contacting us if you need assistance.
